José et Astrid Bouché

José Bouché is the current manager. When he was young, he got a degree at Avize Viticultural School and he has now a 35 years experience in the winemaking : Vine, wine, blends have no secret for him. However, he is humble enough to keep in mind that our job still depend on what gives us Mother Nature.
Astrid, his wife, helps by selling Champagne at the cellar door (wine shop)


Nicolas Bouché

Nicolas, a 30 years old enologist came back to work on the estate three years ago, after carrying out some winemaking abroad. He now learns Champagne process with his father.

Pierre Bouché

Pierre has created the winery with his son, José. Pierre was enthousiastic and very demanding, he had a passion for the vineyard and for Champagne wine.
By working hard, he extended the vineyard from one hectar to 30 hectars. He has built the winery in which we still work.

Abel Bouché

Abel was a vinegrower and a postman in Pierry. He used to sell his grapes to a wine merchant, but during the 1930 crisis, he started to elaborate his own wine, because wine merchants didn’t buy grapes any longer.
